Chronic Urticaria is a condition that affects approximately 1% of the global population, with a prevalence twice as high in women compared to men. Managing this condition effectively requires open communication and shared decision-making between patients and healthcare professionals. To facilitate this process, together with GAAPP and other partner organizations, we have developed a dedicated online tool.
Shared Decision-Making Tool for Chronic Urticaria
This tool is designed to help patients document their symptoms, the impact on their quality of life, and their treatment preferences. By completing a questionnaire of approximately 10 minutes, users can generate a detailed report to share with their doctor and family members, fostering a deeper understanding of the condition and supporting treatment decisions.
